Mostly yes, it has elevators, but there are some areas like the control tower where you would have to carry it, and you won't be able to do the submarine tour either, but 90% of it is stroller friendly.
We ended up parking our stroller a few times and carrying our baby. Some of the ladder/stairs are steep and require holding handle.
Some parts are accesable only without a stroller, like the submarine and the tower, but the rest of the museum, like the outside area and the space area are accesable with a stroller
It can be done, but it's problematic. No go for the USS Growler. That absolutely will NOT work.
This is a military vessel, what baby strollers! No, it's narrow spaced as it should be.
