Yes...you have to park your car off the street, remove the plate that remains, and go to the fordham Rd and Crotona Ave. DMV
I think you have to go to the one in Fordham in the bronx for that sorry I took so long to answer just got notified now you have to make appointment for everything now so I recommend trying over the phone I got one the same day I try for my update ID I GOT LUCKY BECAUSE IS BOOKED UNTIL AUGUST 🤷♂️
