There is a large pool with a lazy river, hot tub, and poolside restaurant. They have a small gym. Some nights at the pool are themed. For instance they may have a movie night. We walked there on the days that we didnt visit an actual water park. Its relaxing and enjoyable. And each home has a small private pool if you don't like a small crowd.
We were there in May/June. The solterra resort club house was great for days off (not at Disney, universal etc). As stated above there is a gym, large pool with slide and volley ball net at one end, a separate lazy river adjacent, a hot tub and pool bar/cafe. Don't be expecting gourmet food. It's a typical café with burgers, corn dogs, chips etc.... Though does do lovely cocktails and smoothies. We didn't see anything at night tbh and was disappointed that the café was closed for a few days. We where told it was run by a family and one member was sick...... Annoying that it closes because one person is sick. They should have cover for occasions like this. We had to go back to house to get food, water etc. Overall we enjoyed are time there and would definitely go back. Houses are beautiful, well equipped.
Swimming, shoot pool, weight room, bar if you drink. Plus you aren't that far from Downtown Disney and that's always fun. Plus there are the Disney parks.
Is the water park free to use for guests?
That's great cheers

What kind of mattress do they use? Have kids that are hypersensitive to a lot of materials.
