I was scared to go hear after all bad reviews. It was clean. No wait. There was someone at desk. However, not friendly, person at desk says nothing, the person taking blood very cold and uncaring . But was in and out.

Alexandra was the most amazing Phlebotomy I ever met. After first trial on Friday and my 10 years old was so nervous. She explained her the process about 3 times. Then after all she told my daughter to get a break and come back Monday after seen some videos. We here on Monday and Alexandra was very professional and I feel she understood my situation and she finally did took the blood today..I have to words to thanks Alexandra for all the job well done!! Thank you Alexandra!!

Just walked in on a Saturday and although there was nobody in the waiting room, they declined to do my blood work due to shortness of staff. I was the only one there and two employees were in the premises and you are telling me that they can’t do my tests? Very disappointed!!! Also there is nobody in the Front Desk when you come in. Check in is only by an IPad in the lobby. I feel sorry for the older patients who come here. There is no one to assist the patients! Update: I decided to go to the Orlando Health Lab in Della Drive. Excellent customer service. Clean and super professional staff. They also had my tests results the same day through my portal. Will never ever go again to Quest.

Very bad way to address patients waiting in the room. People don't go to a lab for pleasure, but for some health situation, they don't have any empathy.
