I had a really bad experience today during my drug screen for a new job. I came in as a walk in when it was empty and had to wait an hour, which is the least of my problems with the visit. I see the phlebotomist (her name was covered so I don’t know her name), and she seems like she really didn’t want to be there. No greeting, nothing. She reviews my info and we start the screening process. I misinterpreted something when she told me to grab the cup because I have difficulty hearing. I accidentally opened it instead of just handing it to her. This is when she gets really rude… tells me that I need to listen and follow directions. I tell her I’m hard of hearing and she looks at me expressionless. No apology or anything. She continues the process and talks to me throughout the process in a way that genuinely made me feel bad/humiliated. I will never go back to Quest. I always use AdventHealth labs because their customer service is great! I only went here because my job specified it had to be Quest. This visit made me feel like the lab staff lack empathy and customer service skills. Be careful if you’re deaf or have any disability, you might get similar treatment.

Don’t go to Stoneybrook Location, short Staffed. My appointment was at 8AM didn’t call me till 8:30. Had the same issue in the past with Unprofessional Staff.

Everyone in their is quick and good, and courteous. No issues at all
