Drove an hour up, got here 30mins early (my appointment was at 12:50pm) I waited outside because the door was locked, I assumed they were on lunch after 20 mins of waiting in my car they place a sign on the door saying they are closing due to weather. (Hurricane Ian) currently there’s no weather taking place at the moment, and I understand today is the day prior to when the storm is suppose to hit and it’s everyone’s “prep day” so if they decide to close I would understand but the lack of professionalism in making the decision to a few minutes shy of an appointment is inconsiderate. We all have to prepare for the storm, I had errands I had to run as well to prepare and still have to do but I still made it to my appointment given the opportunity and time slot. The lack of communication and inconsideration for others time is appalling. Management needs to do better.

My appointment was at 1250pm. I was in and out. Driving away at 113pm. Walk in was a wait but If you have a appointment no worries. Staff is nice, quick, and knowledgeable.
