Dr. Creamer and his P.A. Victor Bozon are great but I have had issues with the medication scheduling throughout the year and in this case this week I have called numerous times throughout the week to have the perscription date corrected. The office staff call me each time and say that it's corrected and I can pickup from the pharmacy. But I call the pharmacy to fill my prescription and they tell me each time that the doctors office never called or sent an updated prescription.

I am so appreciative for this office. Yes, the wait is long sometimes. Yes, the new staff makes some mistakes but if you are a person that has actually been suffering with illness and pain, this place is amazing. I was terrified after I ended up with a doctor for several years that was horrible. You had to buy all these super expensive supplements that the doctor would run to check out before you (because he gave you a few papers to do before leaving the room) so you got to his “pharmacy” at check out with hundreds of dollars worth of garbage. If you tried to not buy the stuff from his pharmacy, the check out secrateris, appointment makers, PAs, and/ or pharmacy staff, would start going on and on about how you had to buy it because the doctor already wrote your prescription and info on the bottle. He forced you to go into the office every 28 days, get tons of weirdo tests (all in his office of course) that meant nothing and did nothing, pay extra for any type of paperwork such as: prior authorizations, disability papers, workers comp papers, pharmacy papers, disability parking passes, court papers, paper prescriptions, etc. I was at my Witt’s end and terrified. Even going to surgery, they refused to give prescriptions for surgery until you…. Went to your regular visit, Got blood work (even though the primary already did it) saw them a day or two before surgery for results, then saw them after surgery for a prescription. I literally had the most painful surgery a person can have and had to leave the hospital with no pain medication. The doctor and MA literally told mw that I could not change pain doctors because of the cdc changes under Trump. I was told that people seeing these type of doctors had to stay. I could go on forever but I was trapped in a horrible situation so when I found this office, heaven’s angels sang down. When I first called they actually told me that what I was told was wrong. I finally actually got real help with real doctors who look at your study’s, imagine, history, needs, recovery etc. After all these years I feel like my pain may actually be treated. I had been so afraid and so mistreated for so many years but finally hope and relief came from my visits here.

Been seeing Dr Creamer for a few years now, I can't say enough good things about him, He has helped me tremendously, I've been dealing with chronic neck and back pain from a 25ft fall 25 years ago, we've have done hip and shoulder injections, SI Joint fusions, RFA on my back and neck and now preparing for Spinal Cord Stimulater surgery, he has great bed side manner and genuine concern for my situation, Thank you

Don't be fooled by him praying before a procedure. He lies during deposition to save himself. The most unethical doctor I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Should have his license revoke.
