Spectrum is the worst company you can possibly choose for internet(personal, residential) and cell phone provider. Horrible service especially if you own a buisness. The WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my life. IF you can ever get through to anybody without them hanging up on you. Do NOT ever expect a call back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Worst service ever. 4 day for next service appointment... No replacement equipment available (even with me driving to store). Support person that sent us to store couldn't verify the lack of replacement equipment, so we wasted time and gas. Person on store couldn't verify if another store have stock. Other store phone numbers (from the Web) takes you into a maze to try to know if other near store have replacement modem on stock. I got plenty of time waiting on the line, enough time to write this review. Smh

Great location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was in and out for a cable modem issue in less than 20 minutes.
