On top of things from beginning to end. We had a small issue at the gate when our group arrived. Made a quick phone call to their support team and it was handled in seconds. The home we stayed in was fantastic. Cleaned well and smelled nice once entering. After our first night, we noticed some of the seats on the toilets were a bit loose (understandable, normal wear and tear). We made a request to just have someone come out and look. They sent a team and repaired these same day!! And lastly, we had a lost item at the end of our trip (partly our fault). They were able to recover and send it back home to us. These folks helped to make our vacation memorable and enjoyable. While we slept and relaxed, they worked hard behind the scenes. Very professional and organized. We appreciate their service and recommend that you stay in properties they manage!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this vrbo home. The home was very,very clean and fresh. They provided beach towels for the pool too. There were cooking utensils, pots and pans for cooking. They also included extra toilet paper! We enjoyed the pool too. Also, there is a jacuzzi. I would highly recommend staying at this modern furnished home. Thank you Casiola Management Team!

There are most definitely Publix supermarkets very close! Great resort! Also, if you need a larger home .....Global or Hollywood are the ones you want!

Hello Debi, Each home at Solterra Resort is individually owned. Some owners may accept pets, others don't. You would have to contact the owner from the home that you want to rent to find out if they accept pets.
There is a large pool with a lazy river, hot tub, and poolside restaurant. They have a small gym. Some nights at the pool are themed. For instance they may have a movie night. We walked there on the days that we didnt visit an actual water park. Its relaxing and enjoyable. And each home has a small private pool if you don't like a small crowd.
We just stayed there 2 weeks ago, our rental house had towels. I did not see any at the neighborhood pool. There were drinks available. There is a big sign stating no outside food our drinks, but no one appeared to be enforcing it. I brought a water bottle with me in my beach bag. There is a sign advising no alcohol past the entrance to the lazy river, but I saw several ladies floating by with frozen drinks. I suspect they may enforce that "when needed". Be aware that the lazy river closes at 4 most days and 5 on weekends. This was the most disappointing part of the trip.

The haven't been back as a guest since Thanksgiving. I'm hoping that when a family books a house that the Company want change and give the first family who book another house that's not clean. The ra me was a picnic table and that was not acceptable for my family. We had two houses the 2nd house was good but the one we ended up get to g was BAD.

It isnt a sit-down restaurant, but there is a nice selection of food and drink at the outdoor counter service.

The weight room is quite extensive. Well placed equipment, TV's, so on my visit I toured the weight room, but did not specifically pay attention to whether it had a bench press

No shuttle but Uber and Lyft are both readily available. Roughly $20 one way.
Hi.. nope.. but staying there was a great experience.. very quiet, beautiful homes, nice lazy pool which kids love..
