Unfortunately no one dresses well anymore, but if you respect yourself and those around you, dress in at least business casual.

I've noticed all manner of dress but since I've always gone after work, mine has been business casual. I'd say to dress nice but to also be comfortable. I would also be comfortable eating there if dressed for a formal before or after dinner event.
I like to call it smart casual.
