Some do, not all
A few of the people there do speak French. Not the entire staff though.

Multi-cultural staff as far as I'm concern. Every time I've been there they speak English to me.
Some do, they speak multiple languages actually.
We have always had native English speakers as our waiter/waitress.
I'm not sure; but I've eaten there several times and haven't heard anyone speaking French.
