Just look for the red busses from the gwu-Foggy Bottom Metro station. (Also a street sign there) hard to miss.

When you come up the escalator to the street from the Foggy Bottom Metro station, you'll see a sign for the Kennedy Center shuttle bus. The sign has the hours of operation, which are pretty extensive and the bus typically runs about every 15 minutes. there is no charge to ride the bus.

They are the red buses waiting in front of GWU-Foggy Bottom Metro station. At the Kennedy Center, they will be by the hall of nations entrance. They run every 15 minutes and are wheelchair accessible.
