Gallery Place/ Chinatown. Take the exit for Capital One Arena (F Street)

Noura, its a women's festival event. However, Hamlet is play ing at Sidney Harman Hall near by.

There are plenty along 7th St, going north into Chinatown. Jaleo and several other Jose Andres restaurants nearby: Oyamel, China Chilcano, Zaytinya and Minibar. Proof is also nearby, on the same street as Zaytinya.
