Lots of plumbing problems and other issues, outdated decor, high regime fees with NO amenities, lots of rules about pets. You can make your own space nice, but the rest of the property has a low-rent vibe to it. There is a nice planted-up atrium. Prices are all over the map -- someone wants $115K for a 1 BR & someone bought a 3 BR for $112K recently.

No place for delivery drivers to park. Very rude residents. Building always has and old building smell.

Yes it has. Two elevators. One however is inoperable at the moment until the HOA gets the other one fixed.
