Loaded fries were good but only 2 tiny pieces of bacon and not much cheese. Also not seasoning on fries. This was 10 minutes after you opened

They were out of almost everything! They were low on fries so they gave us a lower amount. I got a chicken finger plate and didn't get coleslaw. When I called to complain they told me that they were out but didn't tell me. The manager also said that I could come in when they got more but only for the coleslaw. I also got my wings sauced with teriyaki and the sauce looks watered down! Terrible service!

When I arrived the drive thru was severely backup up , whoever I decided to wait. I ordered 1st. 4 finger bulff plate ( in hot honey mustard) and 2nd. a 3 finger slider plate. The young lady at the window was over worked. The chicken slider plate was good 👍 so I was told, however my fingers didn't have any sauce on them.

Horrible customer service. My cousin was told they don't do two separate orders at the window. Drive thru person had an attitude 😒. Manager wasn't any better. Food was disgusting as well. This is the Zaxbys on Killian road. Need an entire new staff including management.
