If you call a few days in advance you might get lucky. But it's pretty tight on the exit ramps...not made for full-size pickups, that's for sure :)

Lots of places next door on the Wharf, Hanks is good for seafood there. Station 4 is close and good for a variety.
Fourth Street Garage | West Garage 1101 Fourth Street SW (across from the Safeway) For all performances discounted parking is available for $15. The garage is a short walk around the corner to the Mead Center for American Theater. After 5 p.m. weekdays, or all day on weekends, you must pay for your parking at the ‘Pay Station’ in the garage upon exit (the discounted rate will automatically be applied). Please visit the Visitors Services Desk as you exit the Mead Center to have your parking ticket validated if you entered the parking garage before 5 p.m. on a weekday. You can also advance reserve your spot and pre-pay online. L’Enfant Plaza Parking 370 and 950 L’Enfant Plaza SW L’Enfant Plaza provides ample parking (1,400 spaces), is just a few blocks from the Southwest Waterfront and less than one mile from Arena Stage. Wharf Valet Dine at Del Mar de Fabio Trabocchi at the Wharf before or after the show and park for $27. Regular valet is $35.
Ann runs approximately one hour and 35 minutes with one 15-minute intermission. The last performance of Ann will be August 11 at 6 p.m.

No valet parking at the theatre but they do have parking. You might be able to find valet parking at one of the nearby restaurants if you're having dinner first. Otherwise, we've always fiujd street parking.

Yes I check with theater, tell them about you problem and should be able to help. I saw show on 12/2/17 their empty seats so if the show no sold out you should be able to see on different day, I hope so good show.
Yes ... but consider buying parking with your theatre subscription... really convenient.
The Will Call window operates like any other venue...theyll hold your tickets for you to pick up before the show.

Like everyone is saying, the Box Office is staffed with good people with good intentions. You won't always get what you want, but they will try to help.
Richard's Place is located on the 3rd floor of the theatre. It has a lot of star worthy items! There is also Station 4 across the street. They offer theatre specials! Cantina Marina is also a great option.
