I just went and it was really nice. The AC was on blast so it was very comfortable once you got inside and it wasn't a lot of ppl in there so we got to enjoy every exhibit on our time.
I personally like Spring (cherry blossoms and other beautiful flowers around the city) and Autumn (colorful leaves and crisp air) best because they're my favorite seasons but you can visit anytime!
