Blanchard Brks is a genuine health concern, civilians at Furnari Hall are some of the laziest people I’ve met, duty rosters don’t exist, for any assistance you have to call a number at Andrew’s, civs won’t turn the AC on so it’s 80° inside, tap water isn’t potable, and they won’t even let us use their chow hall on base. 0/10 only here bc I have to be

Depends on the delivery service. Call ahead and see if they have base access or someone who can deliver. Also, if they're in a secure facility chances are the delivery service will not be able to drop them off. Unless you can deliver them personally I wouldn't risk your money on an iffy thing. Sorry.
Yes, as long as you have an Active Military ID Card for the Guarded Gates. This is a Military Installation!
They definitely have the lodges. You might be able to try those. Whether or not you can stay in them I am unsure.

Hmm, you can ask them to meet you outside the base and have them ride in your car to sponsor you onto the base
