The turnover rate here is high,recommend you come in to see dogs. There is an adoption fee, however if you follow the FB page there are specials for free or reduced rate adoptions
Lots of dogs need homes, but no cared-for dog is free. Expect a minimum of $500/year in care, feeding costs, typically half again as much. RACC fees are more than fair.
They dont always post the little dogs online. Go to RACC in person and check out who they have available for adoption. They do often have specials and wave adoption fees.
