Guests are welcome at any Disney resort. Anyone without a room at the hotel will be unable to use the main pool, however, as entrance is granted by room keys. Everything else at the resort is available to guests, though.
Sure they can visit. I doubt they can spend the night as the room key is tied to the Magic Band. The can go to the restaurants. Can't get into the pool without a Magic Band.
Yes. . they can visit people staying at the resort. They will not be able to use the feature pool though as you need to be registered at the hotel.
Yes, they just have to show a photo id and have the last name and room number of the guest.
