Yes they charge if you have something delivered. I looked into it a few years ago and it was $25 for fedex. There are a few fed ex office store near by you can delivery to and go pick up. Normal, not sure. But this resort does charge last I knew.
I wouldn't know what the charges are for that but I do know that they are excessively chargeable to anything that you do all they do is want your money. I was in California to Westin Mission villas and I ordered a package and they brought it right to my room so I don't know why there should be a charge on a package is coming to you.
