WOW! I’m shocked at how many “local guides” keep posting inaccurate info. Not all the units have balconies. Plain and simple.
Yes, all apartments have a balcony but some may not offer much of a view.

No, there are two types of "1 bedroom" the less luxurious Do not have a balcony and do not have a full kitchen, but it is very comfy

The Property has 3 types of 1 bedroom being that 2 of those have a balcony. The smaller villa (cheapest one) doesn't have a balcony.

NOT ALL ONE BEDROOMS HAVE BALCONIES. I saw the response from people that said yes, and booked my stay. Now I am stuck with this small one bedroom that has awkward layout.

No they all do not have balconies I am here now and I have no balcony. I am not very pleased with my stay. When I first checked into my room it was very nice but the balcony door lock was broke so I called guest services and they responded quickly. The maintenance guys worked trying to fix it but had no luck. So they moved me to another room all was good except the room had an odor to it. I went to close the blindes in the kitchen area and there was mold all on the blinds and black mold on the window seal, which explained the odor. One of the kitchen chairs was broke. So my stay here was not so pleasant. 8/2/18

yes. views aren't created equal but balconies are with the rooms. some are enclosed as well.
