We just stayed in a 2/2 with one king, 2 fulls and a queen pull out. Could have slept 6 to 8. They have larger if you catch them available.
We fit 7 adults in the two queens and king and chair then 3 kids on the pull out couch.
Our 2 bedroom had 2 kings and a pull out couch. In my college days we could put at least a dozen in there comfortably and 18 to 20 for a spring break trip.

You may have combined 2 "VILLAS'. We had in living room door to next apartment, so you may have as many accommodation as you wish. Was two of us and we had king bed in bedroom and sofa bed in living room.
If you get the 2 bedroom with one king, 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, I'd say 6 to 8 people. But some units have 2 double beds instead of queen size, you might want to check first.
We were in a 2 BR and it has 2 Queen beds in one room and a King Size in the other bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa which should sleep 2 comfortably. Although we did not use it for that purpsose. Hope this helps! :)

I can't speak for every villa, but our villa slept six. Two queen beds in one bedroom and a King bed is the master bedroom.
Depends on what room you get. A 2 bedroom has 1 room with a king and a second with 2 queens and a sofa sleeper in the living room. That could hold up to 6 people.
