Recommend that you take the Metro. Plenty of stops close by.
We used valet from the Hilton. There is public parking under the plaza.

We lucked into a parking spot abt 3 blocks away but the only nearby parking is L'Enfant Plaza and it is ridiculously expense.
There are parking lots all over the place.
We took Lyft, but metro/walking is easiest in D.C.
Take the Metro or walk.
I did valet with the Hilton hotel. There is public parking under the spy museum. Ask the attendant at the Hilton for directions and they are happy to assist. Dewal was very helpful to us.
