Is Northside of Jacksonville Florida Heckscher Drive and it's State Park it's called Little Talbot Island and big cabin on and yes they have current campgrounds

They do have a campground there but I'm not sure if its just a RV park.

No. You would need to go to Little Talbot or Fort Clinch for camping.

No sir. You are allowed to drive on the beach though, if you have a four wheel drive vehicle.
