Their card system is always busted and they don’t accept check or cash sooo it’s a drive to another landfill unless you have a contract then you are ok. The staff clearly dislikes working with regular folks

Our business uses this landfill and we usually have a good experience but we have to drive 30 mins to get out there only to find that its only open randomly on Saturdays. With gas prices the way they are, thats costing us alot of money. I guess try to call first because Google will say they are open when they are not

We have continued to be charged for a 40 yard dumpster and Waste Management switched us to a 20 yard container without notice almost a year back. We have sent in multiple calls and requests through the website, phone, and direct with the driver and no one can seem to figure out where our 40 yard container went. We have had to order 2x the amount of pickups to have the container dumped because it is too small for our facility. Beyond frustrated and have many upset employees due to excess garbage.
