Hello Jill! It depends on how many adults will be living in the apartment. These apartments are considered low income housing, so you must make under what the requirements call for. However, they have started the process to come out of low income housing. The process takes 10 years to complete according to Cassie. This means that they do have some rentals that are set at market value for people that make too much. There are only a few of these properties in the complex and they may all be taken, but it's worth it to ask anyway.
Good evening Jill. According to the one of ppl in your home, you can't make over that allowed amount. I've lived here for 6 years now. I don't care for the manager. No one out her lokes her. If you come out speak with Casey. You can use my name as a reference.
Hey Ms Jill! Our requirements are still the same as they were with Deer Meadow. You just have to stay under a gross income based on the number off people living in the apartment home with you. Contact me in the office if you have any other question. 904.448.3337 Cassie Leasing Manager
