I went to the location at 4411 SUNBEAM RD and the person that helped me mail 17 boxes was wonderful, I believe her name is Tarz. The name rubbed of the receipt. The date was 8-25. She is courteous and extremely helpful.

This has been my neighborhood Post Office for over 30 years. Although, there are times that there is a wait and a long line, I have never had a bad experience with this location. I go in with the understanding that they are understaffed and most people wait until the last minute to send important material (not the fault of the postal workers). I have always received good service and appreciate the situation that the staff is dealing with in this day and age. And further more, I appreciate that the staff show up for work and try patiently to deal with difficult customers. Today I was one of those customers that forgot about a time sensitive matter but I did not take my failure out on the staff. I went in with the understanding that they may not be able to assist me but surprisingly enough-- A. there was no line no wait and B. the young lady was able to assist me and get my paper work filed properly. And she did it with a smile... even though I looked like a lunatic and disheveled. Thanks for always helping out.

Safe to say this is the worst post office experience I’ve had. All of the staff (the ones working behind the counter) were rude. I didn’t catch names but one didn’t care that there was a huge line and kept disappearing in the back somewhere, she was also very rude and short with me. The other lady working the counter was even more rude, she had her AirPods in and was on the phone and gave snarky responses to every question I had. According to the stamp on my receipt her name is Dawn. Regardless no one needs to be this rude when all I’m trying to do is send a package to my deployed husband.

This is the United States Postal Service, not private for profit companies, like FedX, UPS, Amazon Delivery. Raise prices? where else in the world can you send an envelope from the Atlantic Coast to say Alaska, in less than a week for 55 Cents. That's why they raise prices. We have the best & reasonably priced public postal service in the world. Think about it.
I think so
11am
$12 inoffice only and you can pick up your replacement key in 2-3 weeks. In the meantime you can have an USPS associate manually check your PObox for you.
You have to go in and request that it be put on hold. Person at the counter will give you a form to fill out.
I believe they do on Saturdays, but I don't think they do on Sundays.
Not without having a P.O. box
Good luck with that. Trying to find someone who is willing to help you is almost impossible.

The easiest way is to go online (usps.com) and under the passport info, you can request an appointment.
Did the package have a tracking number? Most times a package can be located if so.
Yes
USPS gives the package to ups.
If this is your first time,go to usps.com to schedule an appointment. If it's a renewal you can mail it in anytime. Follow renewal instructions carefully.
PO Boxes vary in price. Rates are based on size of box and postal location.
No appointment needed as far as I know. There is a separate station expressly for passport service
My outgoing and incoming mail hasn't been picked up nor delivered for TWO DAYS, Monday July 29,2019, or Tuesday July 30, 2019, at 10911 Merrywood Drive 32256. Thankfully, my mail person WILL appear on his/her payday!!
Thats tough, hope you bought insurance
Definatly. Schedule it early and don't be late or they will skip you.
Yes, but the don't answer it. 737 - 4852. It just rings & rings then goes to a busy signal.
