So you know what ! ? ! ? ... Heck !!! ... Let's give Thomas Chase 4 out of 5 stars -AND- 5 out of 5 stars! ... 4 plus 5 equals 9 stars! ha-ha 😁😁😁 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In all seriousness, though, The Maintenance Staff here has actually been working with me closely the past couple of weeks in regards to some issues in terms of my bedroom, like water 💧 spots, water leaks, sitting water, cracking floor boards, etc... I mean I did put in multiple requests initially , , , and it did take some time to solve some of the fixes , , , but in the end, the Maintenance staff here definitely came through for me... they have been extremely professional and very easy to work with and get along with 🙂🙂🙂 I don't know if people know this, but there are actually TEN BUILDINGS HERE!!! ... There are 7 when you initially drive in (around the pond) ... but there's also 3 MORE large apartment buildings in the back with the dumpster... so I am sure all the Maintenance - dudes are working very hard , , , I guess just always cut 'em a little slack and give 'em a little love... because I'm pretty sure they're working 💪 hard for us... 😃💖 My interactions with the maintenence - crew here, OVERALL, have been pleasant and nice And enjoyable👍 😀 😊 🙂 ☺️ * * * thank you once again, maintenence staff, here at THOMAS CHASE! thanksss 💯💥💫👍👌

I wanted to give 5 out of 5 stars to the older gentleman that recently worked on my floor board , , , he was very crafty, very skilled, and very nice ... he did a good job ... I mean it did take Thomas Chase like 2 months to really do anything, ha-ha ,,, (( I am sure there is still mold and mildew and water damage && leaky pipes upstairs penetrating my walls downstairs,,,, but whatever!!??? Florida can get extremely swampy and watery,, so such is life, I guess !!!! but I guess it's not dangerous or smelly enough to affect my health , , , so A NEW FLOOR BOARD I shall accept !!!!! Ha - Ha ... thankzzz Thomas -2- the chase,, hahahah.... but 5/5 STARS 🌟 🤩 ✨️ to the gentleman worker contract guy!! Thank youuuu, to him, in particular . . . overall, though, Thomas Chase hasn't been that bad,, thumbs up - - it's been acceptable for sure 👍 😀 👌 😉

There is almost always a waiting list. I’d avoid this complex if I were you. I live here, and I hate it. Leaving ASAP.

No. When it comes to section 8 it's based off family size and position on wait list. I wish you the best but when dealing with the government and its assistance it can be a wait. Keep getting your name on waitlists and check up on your se tion 8 application status.

Thomas Chase apartments are terrible. The manager Pam is an idiot. She’s rude, talks nonsense about having to keep the blinds down, they do nothing about people smoking cigarettes and weed in the breezeways (White is illegal per the lease agreement), they fail to enforce that and fail to maintain the landscape. You also are not allowed to have plants, no wind chimes, etc. you also have to pay $5 for them to make out your bill. You also have to pay the rent via RentPayment app. No checks or money orders, which is in VIOLATION of the ADA ACT. Also, if you do not have a washer, they’ll give you one for $35 a month, but that’s a continuous fee. Even if you’ve had the same washer for 6 years, they’ll keep charging you even though you’ve paid enough money for at least two or three washers. There is also a neighbor that has been dealing with an ant infestation for the past 6 years and they’ve done nothing about even they knew from the start, and she’s elderly. Pam is the WORST.
