Apartment seekers, this review is from someone who have lived in Park at Anzio for almost ten years and still proud to call it a home away from home. This is all because of Rachael Cook, the Manager who knows all about caring for her Tenants!!! Rachael Cook is a real humanitarian who cares a great deal about providing a living accommodations to make anyone feel at home and she will go to any length to make you feel like you belong to the Community family and not just a number!!! So, if you are looking for a place to stay and want to know that someone cares about you, then the Park at Anzio Apartment is absolutely the place for you!!!!!

The staff is amazing! "These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others."

I have been a resident of the apartment complex for four years, but the response time to solve the problems is late, I have 6 weeks with the damaged air conditioner and I still do not have a date from the administration to solve the problem,

It's clean & safe as much as any place else in Jax. It's saciar than the North side & West side

needs more attraction the children's park. control to keep the grills clean. And security for only residents to enter the pools

Can anyone tell me the credit requirements to move in and the amount of income needed to be approved? Husband runs a small business and I'm a preschool teacher but since the business is new we only have my proof of income on paper right now

My apartment number is 1917. I requested service for my oven exhaust fan,broken light and for my dishwasher.Maintanence team sent me email and they are saying they fixed.but they are not.I requested service twice.What should i do next ?
