Do not move here! Horrible customer service! They do not listen but want to over talk you and be rude when you are trying to explain things to them.she literally cuts me off then gets upset that I did the same when I couldn’t even finish what I wanted to say. Our back porch which has our dryer connection has been out of service due to construction that when I was told and letters send out for a month or two but it has been almost a year! They had us clear the back porch to wait to wait almost a month Ann’s half before they even started! They don’t care about any of their tenants concerns about the apartment but want their money on time! I’m so sick of this horrible treatment from them. Hate being talked to as if I am a child.

The whole team are awesome. The office staff are very understanding and patient and get stuff done. The maintenance staff get your work orders done and if something can't get done they are always communicating and letting you know what's going on. Thank you Woodlake Team!
