1/10 I’d give the One At Mandarin a 2. Disrespectful customer service, bugs around certain times of the year, and increasing crime / substance abuse seen around the complex. Lower end apartments advertised as “ luxury “

My friend that lives here said a lot of cars got towed including hers. We believe the apartments tipped off the tow company to get more money. She did say in her contract that if your tires are flat or tags are expired or any other sort of poor condition its in it will be towed. There was a green note saying they had 24 hours until being towed. A lot of apartments I've been to never cared what condition your car was in and they were actually luxury apartments. I've seen the apartments inside and out and I'm not impressed. If you want your car towed, come live here.
