This apartment complex has an outstanding maintenance staff. I had two major problems that both occurred at the same time and when I reported to the office staff, (which is excellent also) my problems were resolved within hours. I am not sure if any other complexes would have given such great service that quickly, but I am grateful to The Park At Avellino for having such great and professional maintenance professionals.

Antoinette was very friendly and helped us when we were treated very poorly at another apartment complex. She was very understanding and got us the help we needed and very efficient with everything. She also explained everything very throughly and showed us everything step by step.

Not that I know of. The 2 bedroom we stay in has a very small closet in the kitchen with the stacked washer and dryer already setup. The model they showed us was the same also. I would try calling and asking if they have a bigger size 2 bedroom where you can add a side by side washer/dryer.
