I cannot express how great the staff, Kiana and manager, along with maintenance have been. They went above and beyond to help my family move in. The landscaping is beautiful, the pool is great along with the gym. The families all look happy.

Maintenance and the front office have been amazing. Our ac went out on a Sunday and maintenance was still here in 30 minutes to fix it. The guys are always nice and quick to get anything fixed. The front office has answered any questions we have and never keep us waiting when we come in. Much better than the last apartment we lived in.

Jada helped me throughout my application process. Whenever I have a question, she's quick to respond which is amazing. The neighborhood is really quiet and well kept. I literally hear no loud noises from other tenants. I am so happy with my apartment. The layout is so perfect! Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for affordable but really nice apartments!

I recommend not moving here. Office is very unprofessional and if you come to them with a problem no one has the right answer or knows how to fix it. I didn’t get a deposit of $600 back because they had to replace the carpet when apartments are required to chage the carpet after a resident moves out. Everything was the same when i first moved in & when I moved out. Never again!

Hello Jill! It depends on how many adults will be living in the apartment. These apartments are considered low income housing, so you must make under what the requirements call for. However, they have started the process to come out of low income housing. The process takes 10 years to complete according to Cassie. This means that they do have some rentals that are set at market value for people that make too much. There are only a few of these properties in the complex and they may all be taken, but it's worth it to ask anyway.
