Noank-Mystic took our sweet girl in after another vet wasn't prepared for the demands of her breed (rottweiler). They prepared us with anxiety meds for her before her spay surgery, allowed my husband to be with her until sedation kicked in, and called us so we could be there when she woke. They also called us multiple times to follow up on her condition. Needless to say, we are so grateful and would never hesitate to recommend them to pet parents of any kind. Thank you, Noank-Mystic Vet!!

Provided affordable care quickly and thoroughly explained medications, as well as gave reassurance. Made the experience much better than most vets I've visited. Thank you.

Vet Otka is great, Amber and Tracy know us by name. I'm getting to know the rest of the staff as well. The are all very personable like family here. They all love animals and know specific things on how to feed and recommend for my party poodle Gracie. I highly recommend them. We will continue to go here. Thank you for making us part of your family and making us feel welcome 🐩

While we do offer very traditional medicine options, we offer a variety of eastern medicine and natural therapies to get your pet feeling better. Both Dr. Otka and Dr. Donohue are certified acupuncturists, and Dr. Otka is also educated in Eastern Chinese Herbal Therapies. All of our veterinary technicians are trained to use cold laser therapy (which is a tool used for healing and reducing pain). We are also very proactive in the use of supplements for joint care, behavioral management, liver/kidney support, and allergies.
We are able to schedule drop off appointments, but our usual appointment slots are not drop offs, even being curbside. If you find an issue with your current appointment date/time please call the office so we can find something better suited to you and your pet.
Yes we see rabbits for appointments with our owner and exotic doctor, Dr. Otka. You can make an appointment by calling our office, using our website, or through our app.
Hello, Karla, thank you for writing in! As I am sure you know, it is a challenge to be able to provide an exact cost on extractions because it really depends on how many teeth (and which) your pet may need to have removed. What I can share is that we have had many families come to us for second opinions on their pet's dental health for a surgery cost, and most of the time, our prices have been better than they expected. We also accept CareCredit and ScratchPay as a way to pay for veterinary care in increments to make things more affordable. I hope this helps in some way :)
We of course accept all major credit/debit cards and cash, but we also offer two payment methods to make the cost of advanced treatment more possible such as: -CareCredit: A credit card that when used on an invoice over $200, offers 6 months of interest free payments. It does not cost anything to own or use, and can be used for any treatments, wellness visits, etc. -ScratchPay: This who we set up our payment plans through - You have complete control over what kind of payment plan you want to do, and is as simple as applying through your smart phone, that's it.
Not sure if no one saw this question?
Yes, we offer care to a variety of different companion animals beyond cats and dogs such as rabbits, ferrets, large and small bird species, turtles/tortoises, guinea pigs, and anything else. We perform not only full in-house diagnostics (blood work, ultrasound, and x-ray) but also surgeries on these species as well.
