Normally, it takes 6 weeks for claim compensation to conclude. Unfortunately for many passengers, they do not take out secondary insurances for bus trips because in these circumstances, its well worth it.
Yes months they lost my luggage since September the 8th and i filed the claim they told me i have to wait till December
Fortunately, my bag was found. I just received a call from Greyhound. I am totally dissatisfied with the entire trip.Its just not worth the few hundred extra dollars I'd spend flying. Thanks, but no thanks for the hassle Greyhound
