I wouldn't see why not, when I was going through arizona, a lady kept trying to pay me to hold a plug in for her TV. Seriously.
Most busses dont have wifi anymore and there outlets dont work

You are not supposed to be able to ship any televisions or take one on top with you however if you find someone that does allow it if something happens Greyhound will not be held responsible they will not pay you they will not pay for the TV they will not give you a refund
