Do you have complimentary shuttles to Disney World?

They used to and advertised it as such so we booked to stay here (currently here) and even received shuttle collection times however this is not the case anymore so we are using Uber or Lyft. It costs between $15-25 each way to the parks and its really convenient. There are shuttles to Universal and that works well! 🙂

The hotel is partnered with universal. They have shuttles only for universal.
