We stayed in 2 rooms for a show at Camping World this week. The good: the location was perfect to walk home from our show, the bedding was clean and comfortable and the bathroom tissue was a name brand The bad: the rooms are in need of maintenance, the cleaning could be more thorough, and the customer service could be improved on If you’re headed to the stadium, do NOT use the shuttle! At $20 per person, the commercial van was the worst experience I’ve encountered for transportation in any country.

One of the worst if not the worst hotel in world! If we could give it a negative rating believe me I would. Hotel clerk was rude and uncooperative. Manager was also a liar saying incorrectly what happened. To top it off if you like to speak through bullet proof glass and not be able to enter lobby than this place is for you! However if you go by the pictures it is a far cry from once you arrive. Ladies of the night roam the parking lots the smell of pit permeated throughout. Best western should pull there franchise. Knights motel is 100 % better. Just know you’ve been forwarned

Hotel lies made reservation arrived after 4am prepaid with credit card hotel desk clerk said she can’t find reservations to give her a credit card for another room I refused as I showed her the information I spent 10 minutes showing her to no avail. She was the rudest clerk I have ever spoken too. We left and called customer service again no help. Executive office got involved but they take the word of the establishment. Why in the world would I not stay its was prepaid and debit from account. I am now out money close to 200.00 offered half which is a slap in the face by corporate. Other chains believe in there customers and appreciate their patronage! Not Best Western they side with liars who are afraid to tell the truth for fear kid losing job! I’m a diamond member who was loyal to there brand but now I’m going elsewhere. And I will post and speak when ever where ever I have chance to stay away from this property and All Best Western Brands. Stay away never had problems until now go to Hilton marriott Sheraton Wyndham but not these brands .
