I just moved back here to my home town and I needed a doctor so you guessed it theses guys have help me out couple times now and I was pleased. Friendly , seem to have sympathy for my pain ..Office was clean and even help me get a doctor. And even set me up to see a specialist..Great to have you guys right here in Hudson.

This is the worst urgent care you could ever visit! I have sat for 2 and half hours with two sick children while DOT physicals took president. After my 2.5 hour wait the doctor breezed in maybe spent 3 minutes with us. Nurse was extremely rude from the moment we entered. Was very rudely told I needed to leave the waiting room and go back to my car and call that there are signs posted everywhere in the parking lot which there was one which was a yard sign that I wouldn’t pay much mind not knowing. I then call which the girl was right beside the phone and had to call 6 times before someone picked up! Then the same nurse came by saw I was agitated said well it the DOT physicals and drug test and injury’s are administered here which make us look bad and walks out to which I say no it’s the staff attitude and way they speak to the patients who have been waiting hours! Worst experience ever. Will not ever be back again.

They take the "urgent" out of urgent care. Even with an appointment expect to sit in your car for two hours. Why even bother calling this an appointment?
