Yes, it's open to the public. there was no ID check to just visit the Library. However, you can't request for/take home books if you don't have a college ID
The Hunt Library is open to the public. A Wolfpack One ID card required after 10pm. Visitors can use the NCSU Guest wifi network. They may use books while in the library. Yes, it is open to public. No need an ID check to enter the library. But during times of exams or night hours, ID checks are needed after 6pm I believe.
