They are horrible with returning calls, following updates, getting back in touch with customers, I'm seriously starting to think they are a scam company. I'm canceling my lease with them. Horrible customer service.
Have you tried to use the maintenance portal? I've had zero success with physically getting through via the telephone, however I have been successful with getting my requests answered whenever I use the maintenance portal. You can also Livechat in there as well. I prefer the maintenance portal since it provides a tracker of all contact and what was said. Good luck, and hopefully you get through that way.
You have the right to leave of they haven't provided AC for more than 4 days. Also. For maintenance I believe you need to submit a request via your portal. I am not sure how to do all of that. Also, try emailing, paper train helps!
