Be without a working refrigerator since 9/19/22. I have screenshots of all submissions and request. Took them over a week to find a vendor. A company of this magnitude should already have vendors selected for repairs instead of having to look for a vendor with each maintenance request. It took 8 days for someone to come out only to " find " the problem and not have the means or approval to repair it. We are now awaiting a return visit to fix it. I have never been late on rent, we usually fix every issue our own because it takes too long, but this is too much. I have already reached out to my county courts and was told to do the repairs if I can afford them and take Pathlight to court for damages. This is ridiculous at this point.

Update again- Received an email 9/28 saying they will credit my tenant ledger $400 and it will be processed with my security deposit. Will edit the review one more time once everything is said and done. — Update- They emailed me 9/16, I replied immediately, and have received no response since. - Posting on here to see if I finally get a response from anyone. Our AC went out a few weeks ago (AC works now, so that is not the issue) and I have reached out multiple times during the experience with no response. I’ve reached out through our tenant portal, through the maintenance portal, as well as to an outside email address. The AC was out for 1 week (which is fairly good timing) however we were not given any rent credit or anything like that because they supplied us a portable AC unit. The portable AC unit did not work, and it was a Friday evening when it was dropped off so my husband and I had to go out and purchase a portable unit ($470) so that we could stay at our home and cool at least one bedroom since it was 90 degrees inside. It’s been weeks now, still with no response from anyone regarding the issue, and their not-working portable unit they gave us is still sitting at our house. Not to mention the work order has been closed, even though the thermostat has not been replaced “like for like”. I’ve also reached out to their “wecare” email address and have received no response there either. Extremely unprofessional and disappointed with our recent experience with Pathlight.

This place is absolutely garbage. I would not trust them to take care of my dogs house and keep it up to standards. GARBAGE!!!!

Pray that this company never buys a home next to you to turn Into a slumlord rental property. The person next door hasn't mowed their lawn since they moved in. The weeds are literally 3 feet tall front and back. I was trying to sell my home, and had 2 buyers tell me that they aren't Interested because of the house next door. So these lazy people and an even lazier company have now cost me the sale of my home. I have now taken it off of the market because I can't sell it due to them. It took me 3 weeks of searching to even find the company to be able to contact them. I have called 3 times, and nothing has been done. This company is trash.

When we first moved in, the heater went out after it's first use. Pathlight said instead of replacing it, that we'll wait about a week for a part to arrive. Any help with rent? Or heaters? Or a hotel? No. Their rep told me that HE checked the weather and we would be fine. It was 26 degrees the next few nights. Had to put my mother-in-law and kids in a hotel while my wife and I stayed behind every night to ensure the pipes didn't freeze. Lost sleep, we all got sick that week. Failure to provide warranty of habitability is the definition of a slum lord. These days I'm trying to get them to reverse charges for a service call that never happened. Over $200 for something they can't show me any proof of. This is sleazy business.
I agree. Every single work order I've put in for the house has been an emergency and yet they constantly cancel, almost like a joke now. This business is a slum lord business. We have to go to the courthouse almost every day now just to figure out where to live since Pathlight has royally messed us up. It's like we have a second job now but it's just figuring out a healthy place to live. I highly recommend never renting with Pathlight. Don't even for a second question it.
They are horrible with returning calls, following updates, getting back in touch with customers, I'm seriously starting to think they are a scam company. I'm canceling my lease with them. Horrible customer service.
