I'm a two time renter with Pathlight....shame on me for not learning my lesson the first time. Does your company ever pick up the phone and follow up with their valued customers? When speaking with their reps they are scripted like robots.

I agree. Every single work order I've put in for the house has been an emergency and yet they constantly cancel, almost like a joke now. This business is a slum lord business. We have to go to the courthouse almost every day now just to figure out where to live since Pathlight has royally messed us up. It's like we have a second job now but it's just figuring out a healthy place to live. I highly recommend never renting with Pathlight. Don't even for a second question it.

Interesting that you guys mentioned they were impossible to get on the phone. I called and got the automated system telling me I could schedule a call back and remain in the queue at my spot. So I did exactly that, got the verification that I had been scheduled, and then immediately I got a call back and the message now said "We can't schedule call backs. Please call back at a later time." So now I am at the back of the line instead of held in my spot like I should be.
