Bought car in Virginia, moving to texas. I Did texas state inspection, and would like to know what docs i will need for title and registration of my car and for driving license? How much time will it take? Is there a online queue or appointment sys?

If VA title is already in your name, bring title, inspection report, insurance, if VA insurance bring your Declaration page to show you meet or exceed 30/60/25 that TX limits, an application that you can fill out at the tax office. Tax office where you do title & registration is pretty quick, you have to do that first before your drivers license .. Oh the fees for a new resident $33 app fee $90 new resident tax & reg is around $76.25 ... CC fee is 2.7% .. So a check lol

2.7% would be how much?
