The ac in these apartments do not work, the office people are aware they need to be replaced because they’re very old. The maintenance people told us. Every other week the have new maintenance crews because they all keep quitting. We’ve sent them multiple emails asking for our ac to get fixed and it goes ignored. Drive around the property and you’ll see so many apartments with windows ac’s because nothing gets fixed here. The office is ALWAYS locked. They NEVER answer their phones and the women at the office are incredible rude.

I love my little place. Plenty of healthy mature shade trees. Nice little place. I have a beautiful view of the sparkling blue pool... which has been closed all summer. "There is a shortage in the temp agency staff for the upkeep."(Hire a pool agency, people, use our rent money that is supposed to include access to a "sparkling pool") My neighbors are quiet and polite. Management is polite, thoughtful, professional, personable and truly care about the tenants. Management is always available to take care of any maintenance issues promptly. Unfortunately, the maintenance people have proven to be unspeakably inept and have yet to complete a task or make repairs correctly. I still like my little place, but much less so without the advertised amenity of a pool.

I moved in about a week ago and simply just love my new place. It's clean, spacious and quiet. My walls are freshly painted and have new carpet as well. Not to mention the staff is super nice and so helpful!!

It is seemingly very good on the outside looking in. Neighbors seem nice. The apartment my friends moved into was freshly painted and new carpets were put in. Sadly the floors are thin so you can hear your neighbors stepping around upstairs. Worse was there were roaches found in the apartment on our third day there. Dishwasher started leaking after one load was done.There are no wheelchair ramps despite having handicapped parking. Laundry machines on site but you need a key card to access them. Offices closed on the weekends. Staff was nice.
