STILL NO CLOSET LIGHT!!! Maintenance guy came this morning and said he need help moving the bed to change bedroom light but we were in our way out to work. He said he would come back to do the bedroom light. WHY DID HE NOT change the CLOSET LIGHT?????

Thank you for sending Malcolm. He figured out our air conditioner was leaking and he was able to fix the leak, recharge the freon, and now our Air conditioner works great. Malcolm does great work!

Front desk does not answer phone or return messages, phone calls are constantly forwarded. Maintenance requests don’t get resolved in timely manner or at all. I did not have working kitchen lights for 3.5 months. Contacted the manager about it and she didn’t respond after telling me it would be looked into. Did not have working A/C, submitted multiple emergency requests as I currently have a newborn in the apartment and was unable to stay in the apartment. none of the requests were responded to. Went into the office, to notify them, the lady in at the time said “oh we only have 2 voicemails and only one working maintenance but I’ll send them after they finish the job they’re currently working”. They never came. Never called.

Only issue is residents that don't clean up after their dogs. $25/month per pet added to the rent.
Elevators are available only in building number 1.
