I wish that I could give this place zero stars. They are nothing but lairs. They claim that there was a stain on the carpet when I moved. Definitely no stain. So instead of me getting my full deposit back, I'm short almost $200. There was definitely not a stain there. They're so unprofessional. They manager is so rude and nonchalant about everything. I asked that there was someone over her that I can speak to she said no I can't email the info@crestmanor. Wow. I really wish that I didn't move here. One minute they tell you something then the next they tell you something else. That should've been red flag number one. DON'T MOVE HERE. CONSIDER THIS YOUR WARNING

This place is great to live if you were looking for a place to live a year ago. I’ve had a few run in of rude people answering the phone as well as entering my apartment without notifying me. And I was hesitating on posting this because I like to give them the benefit of the doubt, because they probably are having a bad day or i probably came up too strong. But it just seems like they are just mad to be there. Like great people when an event is going on but during work hours they just are complete opposite of nice. Like today I asked why didn’t I get a notification that someone is coming in to check my water meter. The entire call she sounded annoyed like I personally like to clean my home if someone coming especially with my two kids it can get pretty messy especially when we had a 4 day weekend.(Plus I was caught off guard, like I was taking nap with my son in the living room. Lol)* Which it what I try to explain to her but she sounded like she didn’t care what I had to say. And the manager insisted that she did on Friday evening but I was here all day and I did not received a paper notice nor email. Like I asked if it possible for me to receive a paper copy and email next time and she said “I’ll let the manager know” all mono tone. Like I’ve worked in customer service and I know that when I start to speak to others like that means it’s time to hang up the coat and look for a new place to work. This is just one incident out of the many. P.s I didn’t mind the gentleman coming in but dear god my house was messy.(just pointing it out) *not included in the conversation

UPDATE: no, its still the same. Torture living in the front of the west "phase 2" section thanks to the doggie daycare over the fence. Forget setting an alarm, 7AM to 9AM guaranteed 20+ dogs will be barking NON STOP - and this will happen throughout the ENTIRE DAY until 7pm. We leased in the summer so did not hear dogs barking as it was too hot for them to be out - but from September through May -- GURANTEED BARKING ALL DAY LONG - rent was below market and I asked the leasing agent "what is the catch?" she said NOTHING .. but I AM TELLING YOU NOW - do not move into buildings 16 or 17 unless you live with ear plugs. Can't wait to move out!

The manager Maria is a clear cut racist. She doesn’t respect any other ethnic groups but her own. When you enter the club house, she doesn’t address you or speak to you, if you aren’t Latino. She will have you stand and wait until someone else becomes available, or leave she’ll leave for “lunch”. She’s not fit to be a leader. Her own staff tell residents that they want to quit because of her. My rent has never once been late, I stay to myself and don’t cause any harm. Yet I receive this treatment on numerous occasions. She’s even harassed me about my service animal (which is illegal) several times. When I asked for the corporate information to file a complaint I was told “we don’t have that information here”. I asked where can I find it and was told “I don’t know”. I will certainly be taking this to the the BBB and housing authority.
