Depends on what your claiming
Thay took care of my claim fairly quickly. But the service was awful. I was in Houston with my family car was hit I asked for a family size car and I get a compact. The repair shop that fixed the car there did an awful job. Got car home got send to body shop here said would take 3 days to fix the bad repairs it took 3 weeks and thay to did an awful job. That took it back took 2 more weeks till thay got it right. So look over your vehicle very well before you take it back.
