Worst service experience ever. I would never recommend anyone to go and do services. I bought a car from here and did my latest part installation. Let me tell you whole story. 1st I went to do recall and then they estimated my broken part of front of the car. They told me to come later on. I called them to make sure if they have parts. They said yes part are reserved for you. So I booked appointments on call and they sent me an confirmation of part and reserved for me. Today I went to service center at7:00 AM. Supervisor came and asked me a lot of questions. Like who scheduled appointments? I don’t have your parts? I never gave you any estimation. Then I explained whole situation than he was like let me go and check parts. He came back and said we don’t have parts. I showed him email conversation that I had during appointment booking. He was like let me go and check it for you. Now he said - they have parts. I was like - they don’t want to take of care customers at all. What if I didn’t have that emailed save. I would have left service. Their intention was not do anything. Finally they took a car and said one and half hours it will take. I took my car around 5:00 PM. I called them twice supervisor didn’t even receive call nor he has replied to my voice mail. They casher told me that your car is ready. Wow they didn’t even tell me or text me that my car is ready. Supervisor name start with J . Don’t want to mention his name. Because of him, i would never go to that place again. Never ever. I hope my experience helps other as well.

Yes, you can drop off your car where ever you can within the dealership lot and there is a metal box on one of the Drive doors that have envelopes that you can put all your information
